Facades Restoration
Complete repair of the facing and the structure
Masonry replacements (bricks, granite sills and concrete lintels) and structural lintels replacement. Repair of the concrete structure and the masonry backing wall, with the application of a parging and a liquid membrane.
Non-standard brickwork
The facades of the Pavilion are made of three different brick arrangements. The first is a brick stretcher bond where the vertical joints of the bricks of the upper row are always located in the middle of the of the bricks of the lower row. The second arrangement is a false full headers. The last one is common bond with false Flemish headers every sixth course.
Windows Replacement
The noisy work took place in the evening and temporary walls were erected to protect the occupants, including the children of the CPE and the student radio.
Excavation work to repair retaining walls
We restored and waterproofed two concrete walls, as well as an exposed rubble stone wall.

A Great Coordination Challenge
With more than a dozen subcontractors and forty or so riders, the superintendent was able to coordinate everything so that we worked quickly and on schedule.
