On October 9, at the Théâtre Paradoxe, the Elles Reconnaissent Gala highlighted the leadership and commitment of women in the construction industry. Among the five awards presented, our colleague Mathilde Girard, concrete applicator at Atwill-Morin Béton, stood out by winning the Skilled Trades Woman Award.

This distinction recognizes her outstanding track record on construction sites, her technical expertise, and her commitment to promoting the integration of women in construction. Mathilde embodies the values of respect, courage, and inclusion that are at the heart of our company.
