To start the year on a high note, we had the pleasure of welcoming our partners, Les Elles de la Construction, to our Montreal offices for an inspiring networking cocktail. As a company dedicated to inclusion and equity in the industry, we hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion on “The Challenges Facing Project Managers in Construction.”
Nearly 100 construction professionals gathered to network, exchange ideas, and hear firsthand from our project managers. The panellists shared their experiences, the challenges they face daily, and the solutions they implement to thrive in this demanding yet rewarding field. A huge thank you to Francesca, Jessica, and Muriel, who proudly represented Atwill-Morin with their expertise and dedication. We strongly believe that empowering women in our industry is key to building a stronger, more innovative future.
