Building envelope repairs
Brick Masonry Repair
Repairs included replacing individual bricks, disassembling and reassembling brick sections, and repointing mortar.
Concrete Repairs
Repairs were carried out on exposed structural beams, columns and concrete window sills. (before pictures)
Protective Membranes for Concrete
A cement coating was applied to improve the appearance of concrete surfaces and make them more waterproof.
Facade Cleaning
Concrete surfaces were prepped and pressure washed. Brick facades were washed with restoration cleaner.

Compliance With Noise Regulations and Bylaws
Despite scheduling constraints for the demolition work, we were able to coordinate our efforts, stay on track, and finish the job before winter.
