Parking Garage Repairs
With the consultant engineer’s recommandations, we conducted visual evaluation to identify extents of concrete deterioration/damage and waterproofing coating condition. We identified priority repair options.
The base of some columns needed to be reinforced. Our team demolished the areas that showed signs of degradation to clean up the area, before forming and pouring new concrete.
The rebars in some slab sections and columns were deteriorating. We replaced them.
After some concrete slabs were demolished and repaired. The concrete surfaces were protected with a car park & traffic protective sealer.
