Exterior Masonry Restoration
Masonry interventions such as replacements of cut and carved stone, Dutchman, crack and pin and fill repairs. Entire repointing of all facades.
Nebulized cleaning and spot stain removals were completed over the entire Indiana Limestone façade to remove stains and give the building a brighter look.
The brick back-up wall was rebuild and parged. Additionally we completed the rebuild and preparation of the window openings.
The original mortar contained lead. Challenging lead containment conditions needed to be put in place to safely remove the existing mortar.
