Restoration of the Entranceway, Balcony, and Stairway
The original staircase was in bad shape. Our team removed the damaged stones and installed natural stone on the steps, risers, and stringers.
The original concrete balcony was looking worn and lacklustre. We worked with the architect to develop a new design with natural stone
St-Marc limestone is exceptionally durable and looks great.
Some sections of the brick façade required repointing and restoration of the coloured mortar.
