Stucco Repair

The base stucco was repaired to address cracks, flaking and delaminated areas, reinforcing the walls’ protection against weather and moisture. The finish coat was then carefully restored to even out the surface and restore the building’s original character.

Restoration and Replacement of Core Stones

The core stones, located within the thickness of the wall, were restored or replaced when signs of deterioration appeared. Although these stones are invisible from the outside, this work is essential to ensure the structural stability of the building.

Restoration and Replacement of Facing Stones

Some sections of the stone facing were dismantled and rebuilt using original stones or new custom-cut stones. This helped solidify the walls while preserving the building’s authentic architectural appearance.

Application of Limewash and Waterproofing and Anti-Graffiti Coatings

A mineral limewash was applied on the east, north and west facades to even out the surface and provide breathable moisture protection. A waterproofing coating was added to reinforce this barrier, followed by an anti-graffiti treatment to protect the surfaces from vandalism.

An Exceptional Place

Contributing to the restoration of the Petite-Ferme is a privilege. The site is beautiful, full of history and located in a breathtaking landscape.
