A chain block is a mechanical device used for lifting and lowering heavy objects on construction sites and in various industrial contexts. It is sometimes referred to as a chain hoist. They provide a safe and controlled method for positioning construction components into place.

Pulleys can be used in locations where access for mechanical lifts or hoists may be limited or impractical. This includes areas with restricted space, uneven terrain, or where electrical power sources are unavailable. Since the site was open to the public, we emphasized on safety precautions. A pulley system provided a secure means of lifting materials and equipment without impeding pedestrian traffic or exposing passersby to potential hazards associated with a ground-based telescopic trolley.

A stairway tower was installed in the scaffolding. Providing an efficient access to all floors.

Frame scaffolds, also known as tubular scaffolds or modular scaffolds, are commonly used for maintenance and inspection projects because they are quick and straightforward to assemble and dismantle, requiring minimal specialized tools or training. This setup also gives access to the whole façade, which is very important for inspectors.
