Architectural Coating on Concrete Surfaces
We demolished, patched, and form cast selected columns, facades, and balconies, depending on their level of deterioration.
We pressure washed the concrete columns, facades, and balconies and applied an architectural coating to protect and enhance the surfaces.
We worked with the client and managed the project proactively by implementing and following a multiphase schedule that allowed us to successfully complete the work while minimizing inconveniences such as noise and closures.
We completed the work according to the consultant’s design while respecting the client’s priorities and budget.
