Fairlea Crescent Parking Garage and Apartment Building Renovation

The building envelope and balconies were updated: we repaired the concrete and replaced damaged wood in identified areas before we could refinish and paint the building’s façades, windows, doors, and balconies.

Our masons replaced concrete masonry units and performed concrete repairs where needed. Our team also power washed all surfaces (metal, railing, concrete, brick, glass panels, etc.) and replaced any damaged elements. All masonry and concrete façades were then primed and painted.

In the parking garage, parts of the structure needed to be completely rebuilt. Our team of concrete workers demolished and reinstated slabs, completed localized slab repairs and foundation wall repairs. Steel column bases, steel joists, and steel beams were also replaced or repaired. This impressive overhaul was completed with the installation of a new perimeter curb and parapet wall concrete topping.

Our team revitalized a once condemned parking garage! The drainage system was updated and a new waterproofing system was installed throughout, to prevent future structural damages. All structural steel elements were coated in a zinc rich primer, and new parking stall lines were painted on the new asphalt!
