Repair of concrete foundations
We excavated around the foundations to access areas requiring repair and performed partial in-depth repairs to delaminated vertical concrete on the foundation walls, ensuring the structure's integrity.
Reinforcing the steel structure
Several worn elements were re-welded or replaced by our experts, ensuring the stability of the facade and reinforcing the structure for optimal durability.
Structural steel refurbishment
Our team of experts cleaned and stripped the paint, then re-prepared the surface before repainting the structural steel with epoxy. This coating offers enhanced performance against corrosion and exceptional weather resistance.
Heritage restoration
At the beginning of the 20th century, hundreds of locomotives were built at the Shops Angus, a landmark Canadian Pacific Railway facility. Inaugurated in 1904 and characterized by its brick walls and extensive fenestration, the restoration of this monument ensures the preservation of a priceless cultural heritage.
