Masonry restoration
Some stones were replaced, other were Dutchman repaired.
Stone consolidation and repairs with restoration mortar. The creativity of the masons on site saved several stones, which were in poor condition. These stones now fit perfectly into the facade.
Removal of degraded mortar and redoing the joints with new mortar. This repair prevents water from seeping into the wall. It prevents the crumbling of the mortar or its deformation. The repaired wall is protected against mother nature.
