Building envelope repairs
Repairs included replacing individual bricks, disassembling and reassembling brick sections, and repointing mortar.
Repairs were carried out on exposed structural beams, columns and concrete window sills. (before pictures)
A cement coating was applied to improve the appearance of concrete surfaces and make them more waterproof.
Concrete surfaces were prepped and pressure washed. Brick facades were washed with restoration cleaner.
