System scaffolding is ideal for custom configurations and can support greater loads than conventional scaffolding. It’s well suited for large-scale construction, stone masonry, and wall demolition and assembly. Some system scaffolding was assembled on the ground and lifted into position by crane.

Swing stages make light work cheaper by allowing workers to move between floors. It’s very useful on this type of building. We designed custom anchors for this job because the structure was positioned far from the wall. On this site, boom-type elevated work platforms were used primarily to deliver materials.

Our team completed a complex heritage masonry restoration between the 9th and 21st floors. The work involved repointing, crack injection, and stone replacement using Queenstone, a natural stone extracted in Niagara and processed at the Ducharme quarry, in our own transformation center.

Working at height brought major logistical challenges, especially with site access and material delivery. Thanks to tight coordination and weekly meetings with all stakeholders, the project was delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
