Mathilde Girard, Concrete Worker, and Erika Bissonnette, Bricklayer-Mason, shine in the Tradeswomen category, while Najoua Rhanem, Scaffolding Project Controller, stands out in the Professional Women category. Erika is a young, passionate mason who has already established herself as a true, quiet force on construction sites. Recruited right after completing her training, she contributes to major projects and refractory masonry works. Determined, punctual, and meticulous, she embodies a strong and inspiring new generation of tradeswomen. Committed to breaking stereotypes, she encourages other women to follow in her footsteps in a field where they are still underrepresented.
Mathilde Girard
Formerly a cultural manager, Mathilde reinvented herself by embracing the trade of concrete worker. Since joining Atwill-Morin, she has stood out for her work ethic, strength, quick learning, and exemplary rigor. From balcony restorations in Montreal to major concrete projects in Gatineau and Ottawa, she has earned the unanimous respect of her colleagues. A proud feminist and discreet leader, she is paving the way for an industry that is ever more inclusive and respectful.
Najoua Rhanem
As Scaffolding Project Controller, Najoua stands out for her rigor, intelligence, and professionalism in a field still largely dominated by men. She joined Atwill-Morin in 2017 and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her expertise in management and accounting. Today, she plays a key role in the internal transformation of our group of companies with the implementation of a large-scale ERP system. Najoua embodies professional elegance and unwavering determination, showcasing the brilliance of women in the construction industry.
