In a warm yet professional atmosphere, we had the pleasure of co-hosting, together with the Elles de la construction, the networking event: Talent and Innovation in Multi-Residential Building Renovation.
Held at our Montreal office, the event brought together 76 attendees from across the construction industry. The evening created meaningful exchanges among professionals working in the sector, while also fostering new connections within the industry.
The panel on multi-residential building renovation highlighted the hands-on expertise of three Atwill-Morin professionals. Congratulations to Marie-Claude Lanouette, Estimator, as well as Nataly Cortes and Catherine Caron, Engineers and Project Managers, who shared their experience and discussed the real-world challenges tied to the renovation and long-term durability of multi-residential buildings. The discussion also touched on residential heritage protection and concrete restoration, emphasizing the importance of identifying issues early in order to better plan the work
Participants exchanged on the technical challenges encountered on site, the innovative approaches used in renovation projects, and the importance of rigorous planning to ensure building durability.
The evening continued in a relaxed atmosphere with a Long Drive golf contest, giving attendees a fun and friendly challenge.
Thank you to everyone who attended, and to Les Elles de la construction for this great collaboration and for helping make the evening such a success, one rich in exchange, expertise, and valuable industry connections.
